Men's AfterPool 2 Bathroom Renovations
Spring Creek Oaks Pool II Bathrooms has undergone a
transformation. One budget item for 2010 was to update the pool bathrooms at
Pool II. Please see the pictures of the newly remodeled facilities. Upgrades
include removal of the old white tiles on the walls and floors and installation
of new 12" x 12" tiles along the walls with an attractive border along the top.
The floors presented a challenge of finding a product that was safe when wet, as
the old tiles were slippery and rubber mats were purchased to keep the floors
safe. The new floors are concrete stained to compliment the color of the walls
and tile. The concrete was stamped with a deep pattern to prevent slipping.
New sinks and cabinets with modern, clean lines were installed. Stainless steel
paper towel holders, trash dispensers and toilet paper holders were added to
improve durability and appearance.
The bathrooms are now heated and cooled for comfortable use year round. PACK, a
premier swim team, rents our pool in the winter and the SCO Swim team uses the
pool in the summer In addition, tennis players us the restroom facilities year
round.
