As of October 9, 2017, the board passed a resolution in the Bylaws stating that any homeowner that wishes to lease their property require the tenant(s) to sign a written acknowledgement stating they will abide by the governing documents of the Spring Creek Oaks Community Improvement Association. Homeowner should provide tenant(s) with copies of the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions governing the neighborhood, Bylaws and all other applicable rules, guidelines and regulations. As a reminder, it is a violation of the bylaws to lease a home to more than one family.
