TENNIS & PICKLEBALL COURTS
SCO has 6 lighted tennis courts on Bur Oak Drive. We have 4 lighted tennis courts on Winding Ridge Drive. These locations are used for both league and recreational play. The ladies participate in three morning leagues and one night league. The men have one night league that plays on various nights. On Misty Creek Drive, we have 2 lighted pickleball courts and 1 lighted tennis court with a backboard. The Misty Creek courts are mainly used for recreational play. In 2024, 4 lighted pickleball courts were built near the pool and the playground on Bur Oak Dr. These courts are available all year long for use by the residents and their accompanied guests. The court gates are locked. To acquire a gate key, the resident must be in good standing with the HOA.

CLUBHOUSES
SCOCIA has two clubhouses that are available for rent by SCO residents. Clubhouse I is ideal for groups of up to 40 people. This clubhouse has a full kitchen, working fireplace along with tables and chairs accommodating 40 people.
CLUBHOUSE RENTAL INFORMATION
Clubhouse II is well suited for groups up to 70 people. There is a full kitchen with an abundance of counter space. The refrigerator and freezer are commercial size. Also included is the warming oven. Outside the clubhouse is an ice machine for renters use. This clubhouse is equipped with Wi-Fi, two televisions and tables/chairs to accommodate 70 people.
POOLS
SCOCIA has two pools. Clubhouse 1 Pool (small pool), located at 17111 Misty Creek Dr., is a swim at your own risk pool, with a deep end and a small toddler pool. Clubhouse 2 Pool (big pool) located at 6002 Bur Oak Dr., has 9 25-meter lanes, wading/toddler pool, sun-deck, two slides and a deep end. Pools open to SCOCIA Residents and their guests only.
To obtain a key fob for pool entry, an online waiver must be completed by each household no later than 24 hours prior to pick up. Click here to fill out and sign the pool waiver.
A printed key fob agreement must be turned in when picking up your key fob. Additional copies will be at the pickup site. Click here to print and fill out the Key Fob Agreement. Bring it with you for the key pick up. (Extra copies will be on hand at pick up site).
BASEBALL FIELDS
Located at the corner of Winding Ridge and Fellowship Lane. The fields consist of a newly updated batting cage, 2 large fields suitable for 12U and under baseball or softball and 2 smaller fields for 9u and under. The fields can be converted for flag football in the fall. All fields are for resident’s use only.

2 large soccer fields are located at the corner of TC Jester & Winding Ridge. The 2 smaller fields, designed for U7 and younger are located next to Clubhouse 2. The fields are open year-round and are only for residents and their guest’s use only.

LITTLE LIBRARIES
A Little Free Library is a “take a book, return a book” free book exchange. Anyone may take a book or leave a book to share.
Little Free Library book exchanges have a unique, personal touch. There is an understanding that real people are sharing their favorite books with their community. Located within SCO:
