The Spring season is here!

As many of our SCO residents may know, it has been a difficult few years for the landscaping in the neighborhood. With many weather disasters, the Bilma sprinkler reclamation project, and internet companies digging around, it has been hard to keep the neighborhood looking as nice as we were used to. The HOA recognizes these hard times were a challenge for residents in respect to their own yards as well. But there is good news….

SPRING IS HERE!!!

There is no better time to act than now!

You will notice planting and tree trimming being done all over the neighborhood over the coming weeks as we try to put back together this beautiful landscape.

We urge all residents to also do the same and clean up any unsightful items such as weeds, dead plants or trees. Section 19 of the SCO bylaws mentions this:

“The owner’s or occupants of all lots shall at all times keep all weeds and grass thereon cut in a sanitary, healthful and attractive manner.”

Deed restrictions will be tightening up on this aspect over the coming months. The HOA is holding itself accountable for maintaining all the amenities, parks, and common areas to a high standard and will do the same with residents.
